St. Joseph’s Church will host the Giving Tree program again this year
to benefit the needy children of our community. Please take a tag
from the Giving Tree in the lobby of Church and purchase a gift for
the child. Please bring the gift unwrapped in a bag, either a Christmas
bag or a paper or plastic bag. Our Youth Group will wrap the gifts as
a project. The gifts need to be brought to the rectory no later than
12noon on December 8th. Please put your name & phone number
on the list so that someone can call to remind you if you should forget
about the deadline. It is very important that all gifts be returned on
time so that children expecting a gift are not left out!
Father Paul will be on vacation to Nigeria until December 27th. Have a safe and restful trip, Fr. Paul!

Thanks to your generous financial offerings, we have begun renovating our Church Hall! Last week, the
electrical and air conditioning contractors began their work of re-wiring our Hall and installing central
AC/heat throughout the entire building, including our catechism classrooms! If no unforeseen problems
are uncovered during this renovation, it looks like we’ll be able to pay cash for this project! Merci
beaucoup! Fr. Mario

With each contribution show a cheerful countenance, and pay your tithes in
a spirit of joy. Give to the Most High as He has given to you, generously,
according to your means. For the Lord is one who always repays, and He will
give back to you seven-fold.”
