Dear Parishioners,
During the last 3 months I have tried to  adjust to the noise caused by people entering in and out of
the bathroom and Adoration Chapel in the rear of the Sanctuary.  Unfortunately, this high traffic area has
continued to be a major distraction for me, and often during the most critical parts of the Mass.  Sound
proofing the hallway is out of the question due to return-air factors.

Therefore, beginning in May we will start locking the rear doors of the church approximately 15 minutes
before all Masses, and reopening them immediately following each Mass.  For those in need of bathroom
facilities, the St. Theresa hall restrooms will be available during weekend Masses only.  And for Eucharistic
Adorers, I ask that you please re-schedule your hour of Adoration during non-Mass times.

I know that this will be a little inconvenient for some of you, and so I beg your consideration and
understanding. I am only trying to provide you with the most solemn & reverent liturgy that I am able.
Thank you all very much.

Your Servant in Christ,
Fr. Buddy

For safety reasons we will not allow any loose glass containers or trinkets in the cemetery.  Thank you for
your help.

If you or someone you know needs healthcare, but does not have insurance and cannot afford to pay for

homeless and the poor at no charge.  More information may be obtained by calling 267-1437.

The life of the early Christians has been answered in our age.

(Acts: 2 V 44)  Your response to the Bar-B–Que Dinner is an answer
to Jesus prayer for unity. May they be one just as you and I  are one,
(John:17 V 21).  To our donors we say thank you.  To our benefactors
we say thank you.  To all the volunteers we say Amen to your prayers.
To all who stopped by for one good reason or the other we send the
angels to your homes.  Long live Our Lady of Victory, long live St. Joseph
and  peace to Iberia Parish.
Fr. Paul Onuegbe, Our Lady of Victory Church.
