The Office of Vocations Come and See Retreat will be held March 14-16, 2008 at St. Joseph
Seminary College, Covington La.  Men high school age and older are invited to meet faculty and

Men of St. Joseph’s Parish
Keep the spirit of Easter by attending a Retreat at Our Lady of the Oaks Retreat House in Grand
Coteau with men of New Iberia March 27th-30th take some important time away to get closer to

I am seeking prayer partner for a pilgrimage to Medjugorje, through Caritas BVM Pilgrimages. The
dates of the trip are Wednesday, March 26, 2008 to Friday, April 4, 2008.  The cost of the trip is

We are in need of help to clean and
decorate the church for Easter.  No
experience necessary.  If you can pick
up plants, dust or fetch things.

We a will begin at 10am Saturday, March 22 (Holy Saturday).

Our Baptismal Seminar is held on the 2nd Monday of each month @ St. Theresa Hall. Parents &
Godparents must attend this class before the Baptism of their baby.  The next class is Monday,
March 10th, @ 7pm.  Please call our Church office to register.

The pilgrim statues of Our Lady of Fatima will be at the homes of Mathilda Nelson & Fran & Joel

Our Sanctuary Lamp this week burns for a special intention.

St. Joseph’s Altar is scheduled for
Wednesday, March 19th.  The
Meatless Potluck Meal will be held
@ St. Theresa Hall with a 9am Rosary
and Mass at 10 am.  You may bring
your food items starting @ 8am.  Food needed are breads, pasta, seafood, desserts or meatless
items.   We would like to invite all parishioners of St. Joseph Church and Our Lady of Victory
Church to attend.   




















 
Sunday, March 30th is Divine Mercy Sunday.  Please join us for a Holy Hour of Prayer from 3pm to
4pm @ Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church as we ask for God’s continued Grace and Mercy and
pray the Holy Rosary, the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and sing songs of praise and thanksgiving to our
Lord in the company of our Savior, Jesus Christ, Truly Present in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
